DONOR PRIVACY: HACS' donor, mailing and e-mail lists are private and proprietary. HACS shall not share donor identifying information with another agency, fundraising group or the public. Lists shall not be sold to a commercial or any other enterprise. The outside/mailing envelope of all solicitations shall not state "Houston Area Community Services, Inc." or "HACS" or display the logo. Only the return address and postal franking shall be visible |
HACS collects contact information, including emails, to be used as follow-up contact with the donor and invitations to future events; any donor may contact HACS at 713-526-0555 X 204 or email us to review the information we have on the donor and request corrections or deletion of the information; and all donor information is maintained with the strictest confidentiality on a secure computer. |
